Induction
Conducts orientation program to new employees.

1) Employee Training & Records

2) All HR Responsibilities as per IATF 16949 guidelines.

3) Attends to employees grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.

4) Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.

5) Health & Safety Measures

Administration Work:

1. Coordinate for Maintenance of Office Facilities
2. Responsible for overall Housekeeping of factory and Offices
3. Security and Visitors Management
4. Waste Management 5S Activities.
5. Check daily Attendance Data
6. Maintain data Record of new join & resigning employee.
7. Arranging staff bus facility on day-to-day basis.
8. Taking care of Canteen activity including food availability.

Legal Compliances

1. Employment/Labor, Compensation Act
2. Legal Liaison with various bodies.

Candidate profile :

1. Expert user of MS Office
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. He must have a bike.
