Role & Responsibilities

Recruitment Management:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for clients, from job posting and

sourcing to interviewing and candidate selection.

  • Develop recruitment strategies to align with client needs and organizational

culture.

  • Collaborate with client leadership to understand job specifications, company

values, and culture to ensure the right candidate fit.

  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates, manage candidate

communications, and provide regular updates to clients.


HR Framework Development:

  • Design and implement HR frameworks, policies, and processes tailored to the

specific needs of clients.

  • Advise clients on employee relations, performance management,

compensation and benefits strategies, and compliance with labor laws.

  • Assess existing HR systems and recommend improvements to optimize

efficiency, employee experience, and organizational outcomes. Support the development of talent management, training, and engagement

strategies for client organizations.


Internal HR Support:

  • Provide ad-hoc support for internal HR activities, such as recruitment,

onboarding, employee relations, or policy updates, when available.

  • Assist with internal HR projects, including performance evaluations, employee

engagement initiatives, and organizational development activities.

  • Offer advice and best practices to improve internal HR processes, ensuring

alignment with overall business objectives.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering HR expertise and solutions that

support their business goals.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique HR needs

and challenges.

  • Provide regular reporting and feedback to clients on recruitment progress, HR

framework effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement.



Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors/master's degree in HR or related fields.

Having consulting experience will be plus!

Should be open to travel.


  • 3-5 years of experience as a HR Consultant.
  • Should have experience handling a team.
  • Proven experience in HR consulting, HR management, or a related field with a focus

on recruitment, HR strategy, and operations.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational

development principles.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to

build rapport with clients and candidates.

  • Experience in developing HR frameworks, policies, and processes across various

industries.

  • Ability to manage multiple client projects while balancing internal HR support

activities.

  • Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
