Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at XcelTec.

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and various other human resources activities.

The role involves ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and maintaining positive employee relations.

Working Days - 5.5

Qualifications
HR End to End IT Recruitment and non IT-recruitment and management, HR operations, and HR policies
Employee relations and human resources (HR) skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
