Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Fresher at XcelTec. The role involves assisting with day-to-day HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The HR Fresher will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various activities to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

Note: Only those who are not pursuing their education.
We preferred Male candidate/Recently pass out and Good in Communication

Qualifications
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Previous internship or coursework in HR is a plus
