Candidates not respected well A software architect with zero knowledge on coding and communication skill will always take the interview as panel member. Even if you answer all the questions correctly and with the exact coding output with good problem solving skills you will still be rejected stating that you lack coding skills and development. The teams are good and provide good learning opportunities for everyone. There are a wide variety of projects, so exposure is well structured

Dislikes

There is barely any workplace culture, the office itself has a closer plan making interaction with colleagues more difficult. They are yet to adopt the open floorplan workplace culture. Plus there is bad upper management, the project managers and owners are barely aware of project needs and handling (worked with over 5 teams) getting a basic license for software can take weeks.
