HR is worst here. Skill Development program is jsut for the namesake. They call it flexible working hours and it means that you may not have a work-life balance. If they give you proper salary, they'd show that it is a favor. Half of the people they called skilled are not even 'good'. If you're good at buttering, you will be promoted duly. Also, the best place to work thing is also fake.

Notice period is 3 months. Some projects have poor managers because of whom there is politics, unnecessary work pressure to impress the client and poor work-life balance. Not all projects but few have this issue. Make sure you are allocated project during the onboarding itself else you will have to go through hassles of making resume, attending daily updates calls on bench, appearing for client interviews. Bench Policy is of 3 months. If you are not able to get on a project in 3 months of bench period,you will be layed-off after that....Read More

The flexibility and all are very good. Wfh and wfo options are feasible enough to manage the work culture.

They will do mass hiring and recruit number of people and lay off them double in number. After joining you should give 2 or 3 rounds of interview again(Internal evaluation-1, Client interview-2). For every project they will ask the skills which are out of your skill set. Client and the management thinks like one person should be more enough to handle the skills which are present among 3 people. Another important point one should remember before joining here ----After joining within 90 days you should be able to move in to any of the project and become billable or else on the 95th day they will force you to resign. If you are asking everything out of skill set means how one can become billable??? Depending on this, I don't like the hiring process here. Before hiring one should tell the remaining process so they can think whether to join or search for different company. I could see more number of my friends are terminated in such a way. To the management - Don't play with someone's carrier. Job is more important to everyone. We have supporting skills and deep knowledge about the subject and also not selecting in to any of the project, Results as where the employee gets hurted easily and becomes dump.
