1. They work in a Consultancy Manner like daily submissions, weekly interview targets & Monthly 2 joining per person. So it will always be like pressure cooker where you will not have time to relax & u will not get sleep until u achieve ur 2 joining per month. So its like never ending pressure. 2.No Saturday off. 3.
