Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top technical talent to meet our companys growing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and drive the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition
   
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles such as software engineers, developers, system administrators, and other IT positions.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other job portals to identify potential candidates.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies to find passive talent and build a strong talent pipeline.
2. Stakeholder Management
   
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define role responsibilities, and create detailed job descriptions.
• Provide regular updates to hiring teams on recruitment progress and pipeline status.
