Sr. Executive -Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding efforts through social media engagement and participation in career events.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and promote diversity in the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, handling both tech and non-tech hiring.

• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
