Executive Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the Founders calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, reminders and minutes

management

• Organize and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Act as a liaison for the Founder, handling communications with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations, reports, and documents as required by the Founder.
• Maintain records of expenses, assist in budget tracking, and manage basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate and manage special events, meetings, and company functions.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar position.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication skills, go getter, problem solver & result oriented
