Head - Digital Lending Partnerships

Location: Gurugram (Work from office, Immediate Joiners Preferred)

What you would contribute:

Partnership Management (Digital Lenders)

• As a core leader of the Lending BD team, you will be senior to 4-5 BD team members whore managing relationships with different lenders on various fronts of a very large lending business

Build and maintain relationships with top management at Banks/NBFCs/FinTechs

Lead the conversations with the partners end-to-end:

You will be responsible for driving changes required at partners end to keep them aligned with organizational goals

• These matters will be related to new product developments, policy changes, contractual negotiation, Operational tasks etc.

• Understanding Bank/ NBFC/ FinTech / Financial industry/ Digital Lending trends and competitive landscape

• Understanding digital lending business dynamics Financials metrics and P&L

• Understanding digital lending ecosystem from compliance and regulatory standpoints

• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse external & internal stakeholders

What skills would you possess:

• More than 15 years of work experience.

• Ability to work closely with cross functions and external partners.
