1. Strategic Advisor to the MD

  • Leadership & Vision: Act as a key advisor to the MD in aligning the organization's mission, vision, and objectives with business strategies and goals. Provide support in decision-making processes related to corporate growth, direction, and innovation.
  • Strategic Planning: Guide and contribute to the formulation of long-term strategic plans to drive the growth and market positioning of Ridhira Living, especially focusing on the integration of wellness and luxury living.
  • Key Decision-Making: Facilitate key organizational decisions in areas such as project investments, market expansions, and partnerships, ensuring they align with the overall business objectives and long-term vision.

2. Sales and Marketing Strategy Leadership

  • Annual Sales Strategy: Lead the creation and refinement of sales strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness and driving revenue growth. Focus on targeting the luxury wellness market, emphasizing Ridhira Livings unique value proposition.
  • Brand Positioning: Oversee the development of marketing strategies that position Ridhira Living as the leading provider of resort-style living communities focused on wellness, luxury, and sustainability.
  • Market Penetration & Expansion: Identify and lead efforts to explore new markets and customer segments to expand the brands reach in both the real estate and wellness sectors.

3. Financial Oversight & Operational Reporting

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports to present to key stakeholders, investors, and board members, ensuring transparency and confidence in Ridhira Livings financial health.
  • Investor Relations: Lead communication efforts to keep investors and key stakeholders informed about financial performance, operational updates, and future strategic plans.
  • Budget Management: Ensure the development and management of realistic and effective budget plans that align with business goals and objectives.

4. Project & Product Management

  • Project Oversight: Take ownership of the planning, execution, and monitoring of major real estate and wellness projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. This includes overseeing resort, wellness center, and serviced villa developments.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Drive initiatives focused on sustainability, eco-friendly development practices, and integrating wellness aspects into real estate and lifestyle products.
  • Community Integration: Lead efforts in creating well-integrated communities where wellness, nature, and luxury coexist seamlessly, reinforcing Ridhira Livings ethos of wellness and luxury.

5. Market Analysis & Financial Modeling

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends in the real estate, wellness, and luxury living sectors.
  • Financial Forecasting & Modeling: Guide the team in building financial models to assess the viability of new projects and expansion opportunities, ensuring all investment decisions are backed by solid data.

6. Partnerships & Deal Negotiation

  • High-Level Negotiations: Manage key partnerships and negotiate deals with developers, investors, service providers, and other stakeholders crucial to the success of Ridhira Livings projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with important stakeholders, ensuring Ridhira Living is well-positioned in the market and creating long-term collaborations.

7. Leadership Development & Team Management

  • Leadership Training: Cultivate a leadership development culture within the organization, empowering team members to grow into key leadership roles. Foster diversity, inclusivity, and strong team cohesion.
  • Team Cohesion & Efficiency: Promote an environment of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement across departments, ensuring that teams are aligned with Ridhira Living’s strategic objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Encourage operational efficiencies and the use of modern business methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) to streamline processes and drive excellence.

8. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging new ideas, approaches, and solutions to challenges within the luxury real estate and wellness sectors.
  • Sustainable Growth: Ensure continuous growth through product and service innovation, creating a competitive edge in the wellness real estate industry.

9. Company Culture & Well-being

  • Cultural Stewardship: Embody and promote the core values of Ridhira Living, such as wellness, sustainability, luxury, and inclusivity, both internally and externally.
  • Well-being Advocacy: Lead by example in promoting well-being practices within the company, ensuring that employees’ and community members’ health and wellness are prioritized.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles, preferably within the real estate, finance, development, or wellness sectors.
  • Education: Advanced degree (MBA or similar) in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.
  • Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management-related certifications are highly preferred.

  • Skills:
    • Exceptional strategic thinking and financial analysis.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and nurturing high-performance teams.
    • Effective communicator with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and maintain investor relations.
