Position: Project Manager

Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and manage the execution of real estate or hospitality projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires effective leadership, coordination with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with the organizations vision.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Execution and Monitoring
Oversee all stages of project implementation, ensuring milestones are met.
Track progress, monitor KPIs, and adjust plans to address challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project progress and address concerns.
Manage expectations to ensure alignment with project goals.
Risk and Issue Management
Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve project issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance to ensure accountability.
Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives.
Budget and Resource Management
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses to avoid overruns.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and financial records.
Present periodic updates to senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
Experience:
7–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or hospitality sectors.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
