Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and technology hiring. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in stockholding management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can attract top talent while managing the recruitment lifecycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Technology Hiring: Specialize in recruiting for technical roles, understanding the nuances of various technologies and skill sets to identify suitable candidates.
• Stockholding Management: Oversee and manage the recruitment stockpile to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates for critical positions.
• Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, utilizing various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events) to attract diverse talent.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and executives to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technology roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and the end-to-end hiring process.
• Experience in stockholding management and pipeline development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
