Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities:

• The Talent Acquisition is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization
• Utilize various sourcing strategies (e.g., online job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the feedback process
• Negotiate Salary and benefits. Extend offers to selected candidates, and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding phase

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
• Education: Any Graduate
• Industry: Insurance (Preferable)
