• Traveling within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.
• Meeting business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and motivating channel partners.
• Embracing technology-driven sales by learning new technology/mobility enhancements to comply with the Sales Management Process.
• Upholding organizational values and ensuring business ethics and integrity in every action, while remaining compliant with regulatory and statutory regulations.

Essential Conditions: To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Age: 21 38 years
• Education: Graduation in any stream
• Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
