You will get a chance to work on latest technology. Good Appraisal

HR Policies No encasement of leave out of 8 Holidays given by Company, 4 are set on sat and sun. So You basically get only 4 holidays in a year Bonus is myth here. You won't get what they have committed, even if you are eligible for bonus, they will release after 3 months of appraisal cycle. So if you resign after appraisal you won't get bonus appraisal gets reverts if you resign after six months of appraisal. So in F n F they will deduct the appraisal amount. Taking more than one leave in a month may affect your appraisal....Read More
