Working in Gateway is pretty much good from my end i did have work life balance in my case, but truly depends upon the project and project manager.

Dislikes

They should appreciate if someone is working really really good . Policy for leave, bonus is very unclear

- The team which I was working with, was really good and supportive. But this entirely depends on what team you're working with, in general. - Internal training program is there, but not much to expect.

Dislikes

- Timings are more than average working hours. That is 9 hours a day, excluding lunch/tea/washroom breaks. - You get your salary on the 7th/8th of every month. - Not much hike to expect. - You get to work on one project for years and years. No new learning.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
