• The company was nice good pay/ accommodations and transportation. • The Owner was nice too • The staff at ground level were nice and hard working.

Dislikes

• There is Discrimination Against Black & white, body shape, pretty face or not. • There isn’t professionalism company operations director Louay and operations manager Mayank nanda is having affairs with restaurants hostesses. • B+F Assistant Manager and is making out with hostess in staff lockeroom. • Operations director promoting woman’s who he can have for himself. • HR does not escalate the issue themself but Obey operations director. Even after knowing the truth. They support the management is if they are wrong and misbehaving with staff. I gave 6 years of my life to Gastronomica. I worked hard with honestly but unfortunately that’s not required but all they require woman’s to be flexible with there requirements.
