Timing is key point cause duty time will be pin point perfect. Every one out there is pretty helpful and friendly.

Dislikes

As an IT staff, actually there is nothing with regards IT. All the work will be there on non IT but the interview will be like you will have to work totally on IT. I will suggest everyone who is keen to learn not to go there as there is nothing on IT

I generally looks after the Statutory Compliance of the company and finalization of books of Accounts.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
