Likes

Overall it is ok to get experienced. Not recommended for long time duration as work load is too much. Must be physically fit to work as it is under heavy duty machines working. Great helping support for new people. It is managed nicely with quality control department and warehouse storage management. Field work is also included in the job. All the servicing and maintenance of JCBs are done.

Dislikes

Lot of work for a single person. Person must be adaptive and manageable as it 8ncludes field view projects and machine maintenance. You have to make you hands dirty in oil and other material as servicing of machines is in your control. For getting experience it is perfect.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
