Great work culture. The colleagues and managers are willing to help you with all your doubts and queries. There are all sorts of clients; so you would get a chance to work with different domains. There is zero level of toxicity in this company.

Initial appraisal and salary was good. Following years, the managers who are not even in you team will be giving appraisals, which is not transparent. I was told to learn a completely different technology for 2 projects. Could not return to my old domain.

I like that in my team, I get to experiment and implement the cutting edge technologies and not be limited by obsolete web technologies.

Dislikes

The long term and short term goals of productization needs to align properly to prevent unnecessary overhead in development leading to drop in productivity.
