Very bad management, no benefits, the work life balance is in minus you have work extra hours every day and mostly on Fridays moree. Micro-management is there. HR won’t respond until they need anything from us. For discussions like salary appraisal they take 3-4 months to respond and end up giving nuts like hike to everyone and say no hike if you don’t even want 2-3% of it.
