Incompetent employee get promoted and become team leader as C-level Mgmt supports them because they belong from same place, favoritism is there alot by top management which leads to 50 percentage attrition rate. Nothing from the employee welfare side by the organisation just like apna kaam banta. No job security hire and fire frequently. It was the worst Experience working in Futurism Technology. no gain about the relevant knowledge for the specific role. The interview focused on Python, SQL,DBMS, and RDBMS, but the task assigned were limited to updating images, short description , long description about the product on website. This is a family-run business hence there is no good management here. Micromanaged company. Clarify each and everything before joining. - Zero opportunities to upscale and promotion, seniors with their comfortzone of years here will not help grow and will take all your work credit. - Poor infrastructure - No amenities, bad cafeteria, average employee comfort outside work. - The CEO will interfere in your work as if there are no team leads or managers. - All seniors are are great micro managers who will be good at your face and play behind your back. - No proper HRMS system being a IT company. - Average salary hike is 10-12 percent and max 20 if you have full ratings. - HRs are un-professional here, senior HR lead guy is bad in communicating and management puppet, he needs to groom himself and Lear HR total noob.
