It's not like typical corporate more so home run family business and you don't feel like working in a corporate culture.

Incompetent employee get promoted and become team leader as C-level Mgmt supports them because they belong from same place, favoritism is there alot by top management which leads to 50 percentage attrition rate. Nothing from the employee welfare side by the organisation just like apna kaam banta. No job security hire and fire frequently. It was the worst Experience working in Futurism Technology. no gain about the relevant knowledge for the specific role. The interview focused on Python, SQL,DBMS, and RDBMS, but the task assigned were limited to updating images, short description , long description about the product on website. The Hr in the company are not to good they have no responsibility. I personally recommend that all freshers to avoid such companies, as it can be a waste of time....Read More
