I like the work environment and work culture of the company. Management was so helpful and friendly there. Also,I have learned a lot from the Fusion.

Compensation is like normal but growth rate of an employee is very poor and slow almost negligible. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 12-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients call, meeting, trainings. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation from my client but the company will see your negative points only. The company owner doesn't have any respect for any of the employee of the company because in a meeting they are telling that 45 spoon are been missing from the company, really man we are coming early to the company on that day to attend that meeting and we have to listen all this shit. Anyone can conclude the company owner don't respect the employees. The other thing that make it worse is that there is no incentive plan for the company so that effort for the client goes useless.
