Nothing , no job security, no work culture only you have to extend on weekends because of everyday change in requirement, very poor management. Managers and Project managers are highly unprofessional and very rude. Facing rude behaviour from the very first day. No manners at all, atleast you should have manners how to talk with a female employee.

Expectations to understand the entire project which is already complicated & start working on it individually from the very first day with no support & rude behaviour and no appreciation for your hard work by extending weekends because of changing requirement on daily basis is something which not only spoils work environment but also someones carrier.Need to hire skilled managers and TL's. The company culture is good if you have good manager, some managers are really good over here, if you get chance to work with them, then it's like Great Places to Work. Upper-level management is very good they listen to the feedback of the employees and act accordingly.

Dislikes

Some managers are very bad, it feels like you are working sometimes in politics and sometimes as a Daily wage worker when you work with these managers.

Regarding Work-life balance is good actually it is based on Client. They were providing decent Salaries, Promotions.

Dislikes

Need to improve to share actual experience especially at Functionalities of a business either from Own side or Client side. Job security wise it is not good and not bad as well, but need to increase the clients so that will get more opportunities. Dependent on few clients is not so good for employee as part of job security.
