Worst company in the world : Very poor management and Team Lead‘s are highly unprofessional . Management does not value hard-working employees . HR department has not role . The most unprofessional HR department I have ever seen . This company has no vision, no directions . It’s just a bunch of stupid people and Team Lead who enjoy cheap politics. Working at Fulcrum is a physical and mental torture you. You feel like a prisoner and good reviews are given by companies HR itself to maintain and hide the worst companies worst image which gives an idea that even this is not the safe place to know about the company .
