The company culture is good if you have good manager, some managers are really good over here, if you get chance to work with them, then it's like Great Places to Work. Upper-level management is very good they listen to the feedback of the employees and act accordingly.

Dislikes

Some managers are very bad, it feels like you are working sometimes in politics and sometimes as a Daily wage worker when you work with these managers.

As the projects are client specific the company has to align with the deadlines of the client and the company never say no of the deadlines are unrealistic and commits so people overwork many times.

Regarding Work-life balance is good actually it is based on Client. They were providing decent Salaries, Promotions.

Dislikes

Need to improve to share actual experience especially at Functionalities of a business either from Own side or Client side. Job security wise it is not good and not bad as well, but need to increase the clients so that will get more opportunities. Dependent on few clients is not so good for employee as part of job security.
