They don,t have projects related with technology and they blindly recruit peoples and after some time forcefully ask employee to put the resignation on same day.There is no job security.

Problem resolution ratio is poor. If we need to sort out any problem, we need to contact many persons for a particular problem Poor management circle Lack of projects I have been waiting on bench for around 3 months.

Now till it has been a great experience in Fujitsu. Lots of things I learned. Employee manager and colleague is very supportive nature. In Fujitsu Job security is good.In covid19 crisis company is supported.

Policies keep on changing.. If you are IT person. Its average company but if you are just Japanese background person its worst.. You habe to be in 24*7 work profile. Which disturbs your whole body mechanism.

It does not take immediate action on things. Salary is low. N increments are low. Management is weak. Does not care much about employees always tries to deduct salary by one or anotherway like in shift allowances etc

Terrible. I am from Japanese background. And have to work in 24*7 rotational shifts I have seen many partiality in Team. Management doesn't care much about employees and new comers are always targeted. To many policies hard to understand.
