Company's package structure is excellent, in hand salary is better than most companies for similar CTC of other companies.

Dislikes

Experience at Fujitsu depends on the project you get into. Could be make or break. Did not like their work culture

1. For learning and development, they would conduct some training sessions and give learning platforms like udemy and linkedin learning. 2. Got a friendly employee manager and able to complete some certifications. 3. Friendly colleagues. There are some good project and SDM available in this organization but what I received is in dislikes

Dislikes

1. For sure, will tag you in irrelevant project which mismatch with employee skill and core domain. 2. No proper details will be provided by some project managers/lead about project description, working timing and scope of work. 3. Most of the project will be like documentation in excel/design sheet documentation/even though if its technical project, IT team will cry to provide employee with hands-on infra to practise or work. 4. Most of build/development project will taken over by Japan, only documentation work will be given to indian team. 5. Incase, if you find the project irrelevant to your skill and you decide drop from project they wont release you from project. The only way is you have to resign. 6. For the first time in my working experience, I heard a senior manager literally cursed/scolded for resigning and post that asked whether you decide to stay/move out. 7. After two years of Fujitsu experience when I attended an interview, the interviewer gave me a feedback that i'm strong in concept but lost in latest update of technology in same technology which I was expert 2 years back. 8. Salary hike will be like high salaried employees will get low percentage and low salaried with some better percentage. 9. 90 days notice period. Work life balance is very good in Fujitsu you don’t have to login other than office hours to complete the day’s work.

Things are some thing i dislike about Fujitsu is the HR are very bad they don’t call you. even they don’t pickup your phone you have to call them whole day just to pickup one time. And the location of Fujitsu is very bad literally the worst place you can imagine the office doesn’t look very good either so can see they cost cuted there and one last thing Fujitsu salary is not as attractive as some other companies....Read More

I didn't found anything for dislike but one think needs to be improved " The plugged point should be on the top on workstation which is currently below on the workstation. It's very difficult to plug the laptop charger daily basis. It's my suggestion.

In Pune service desk there was one lead in North side who is harassing and emotionally Blackmailing the team member . He is irritating ledies employee in his project. He demanding money for promotion if rejected then he raise pip. Good peoples are in the work Environment. But, if you are working in south India & your reporting managers ae in north, please leave the company asap to avoid job security.

1.Reporting EM & SDM in north then south side peoples are targeted. 2.No good projects in hand, all need to work temporary for 3-6 month project or shared service. 3.Very worst SDM's are in upper management and they blame others for small issues and its affects your appraisal rating. Or you need to work all time(no time limit). 4.HR policies are not good they can put PIP and fire anyone within one month. 5.My advice is join and learn & move out asas if you want to save your job....Read More

Company has mainly support work , product team is mainly handled by Japanese team with less involvement of Indian developers.Product team is working on cutting edge technology like Gen AI etc . Overall Indian unit is average wrt to work .
