No goals, no vision, no one knows what exactly they want specially the top management. Forget employees even the partner companies wonder how can a company run like this. They will tell you anything to meet the target. Horrible place to work.

There seems to be visible poor judgment and a lack of vision from the company director. He needs to check his attitude and learn how to behave like a professional.
