There is nothing to like in the company. Whatever can go worse in any job will definitely go even worse here.

Everything about it. There is no system whatsoever. They have hired inefficient management who have literally no experience in managing a team. Anybody who gets to understand that they are fooling people, quits immediately. This is by far the worst company one could ever join. Please start a tea stall instead. It will be far more resourceful and dignified. The management is extremely toxic, owing to the work from home setup, the managers chill all through the day after yelling at the front line executives for no good reason. They encourage us to work on our own responsibility. We will get opportunity to learn and implement new skills. Work modal is in transition stage and new atmosphere is created in work culture. We will get good support from the Senior developers and managers. They make us to feel like a family that helps in smooth communications and productivity.

Dislikes

Only few of the managers are utilize your skills to showcase themselves. They don't know how to handle our projects among the different customer. They simply surrender themselves to specific customer where they mostly interacts.
