No work life balance You have to work more than 12 hours if you're in engineering team. No proper appreciation for the real talents, if you have contacts in the company you will grow drastically else you'll be in the same position for a prolonged period. It's a very competitive and toxic environment, you won't see a colleague but just see a competitor who is sitting next to you. People won't help you in your learning career because they don't want another competitor....Read More
