This is not a company. this is a family business only his relatives job is secure in this company.

Salary time 12th of month but i have only 1 month get salary on time otherwise all time salary come to nearby 20th of moth. some time half salary take and half salary come next 5th of month. Premises too far to any connectivity. Management totally takeover in family persons. No bonus provided in whole year and no appraisal in years.totally my experience in this company 2 out of 10.
