The Company is definitely open to new ideas but often take the earlier projects for granted. Causes the Execution dept. to suffer.

Basic amenities were missing from this company. i.e. - No Appraisals as promised while the recruiting. - Salaries are not on time and often months late. - Pending Expenses from last year. - Promised CTC and actual in-hand salary has a whopping difference of 3000 which employees have no clue where all this money goes. (i.e. 15000/- pm promised in the Appointment letter. Gets in-hand ~ 11800/-, PF ~ 1100/- & ESI ~ 250. Total ~ 13150. About the remaining 1850. Work Details

The Job is highly underpaying as the Workload is Extreme. Even working on Sundays. no Overtime pay even after working 10hrs shifts. A highly stressful job with almost no rewards.
