Surely, work is focused here but team building is also ensured at the same time. Several events take place in the office. We all get to bond with each other. For new employees, these opportunities are great to break the ice. Since the teams are diverse, cultures events are celebrated. The team spirit has definitely grown stronger, owing to these celebrations.

Dislikes

Often, I don't get a secure parking spot. Free and secure spots should be provided.

I have seen my work getting better and more simplified. 6 months back, being completely new to most things, I relied on help for several tasks. In this span though, I have become so trained that I am able to self-manage the work. For certain teamwork is consistent. The improvement in my work has made my contributions better. I feel confident as well while working on anything.

All the managers in this office are exceptional in their leadership roles. They ensure support to the team members. Also, they make sure that there is a collaborative environment. If someone is new, they do everything to make the employee feel included. They are good at managing the work.

Dislikes

A number of process have been streamlined just as needed. Only some are less organised than others.

It is a nice and decent place where you can upskill yourself. Ample things are new and that is the best part. You can make a good friend circle. The staff that has been hired is awesome. People are finalised after verification checks. They come from good backgrounds. Working with and befriending them has been positive for me.

Dislikes

The lifts for venturing in and out of the office are slow and can hold very few people.

For a fine part of the day, I am at the office. In this office, there are comforts that make it easier to spend my time. My work desk has been customised just as I wanted. I have a sort of cubicle that I have set up as I wanted to. If there is anything special I need, I can simply make a request. For errands, the helpers are very quick.

Nothing has been negative or unwanted.

Various things make this workplace good for me. The managers evenly divide the work. Nothing is stressful either. Any one person is not required to take up unnecessary load. The team understands the importance of sharing responsibilities. I'm lucky to be in a team that is super supportive too.

Dislikes

Guest homes or hostels facilities could have been offered to me. I am from a different city. I had to struggle to find accommodation near the workplace.

As I have seen, in a very practical way, this company gives workload. It lets employees get a hold of the work and develop a fine understanding of it. Then on a gradual basis, they encourage them to enhance their output. I've also seen that urge in me to take initiative for new work. Considering my speed of work, it has improved without any micromanagement or pressure.

Fun events are often organized here. On Diwali, the rangoli competition and some games are conducted. It has always been great to participate in such activities. My understanding with colleagues improves as we get to know one another better. Also, since I am quite shy, such activities have helped me receive a better work life.

Dislikes

To increase my learning, I Would prefer regular feedback on my work. When it isn't frequent, it is difficult to know the improvements.

Regarding the well-being of employees, the company is very considerate. Recently, I was undergoing some health issues. It provided me with enough leaves. After I joined back, I was given the flexibility to work as I preferred. I felt no pressure while I was working. Also, I have been able to manage my health easily. This is hectic job but i don't mind that what bothers me is that there are fewer team lunches or gatherings. It would been more satisfying if they were increased
