The healthcare department is the very bad. They can work from home during certain hours, but are at office every day. Top Management is very supportive. HR policies are not so good. Freshers salary is too low as compared to industry standard. Overall company has a very bright future in coming years

The company culture was great. There used to be celebrations and gifts during festivals. The work load was also not too much and the timing was flexible during work from home.

Dislikes

The HR department should be more responsive to an employee's queries. The team lead Niharika Arya used to make her team members complete her own tasks. The salary was way below the industry standards. The HR head lady was extremely rude and unresponsive.
