They keep their employees on contract and keep their originals...If the employee wants to resign because of some reasons they kept their originals and fnf..and they can fire the employee (bcz of their personal reasons) without serving notice period without giving buffer time to look another opportunitywho is on contract who cannot go anywhere without completion of contract.
