Job security is 100%. Since it's product based company, work pressure will be there little bit but work culture is good. Best organization to work with in vizag.

Dislikes

Politics. It's not about the company but the team mates, leads and co-workers matters. I feel sad because of some employees politics, this company is getting some bad reviews.

I have enjoyed being a part of fluentgrid for more than 4 years. I will always be thankful to this organization for everything(Ups and Downs). This journey will be memorable

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
