I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Being a hub incharge is very challenging role. It was very interesting to work in such circumstance, and day to day challenges tends us to improve my knowledge a lot. The overall experience was good.

Over all experience was good. And i learnt a lot about the functioning of supply chain management and logistics.
