HR and policies are very good in favour of employees. Flexibility and direct approach if you have any matter. Good path for appraisals even during COVID19 no dehiring happen and increment in salary provided to on roll and off-roll.

Reporting MGR not help full for employs They'll not bother operations. Professionalism not there during the work. More partiality,Eago,Maintaining dignity,More Political. HRBP is very pathetic,They'll not bother anything, They know only blackmailing at ground level.
