Overall it's good to work. In operations there are some challanges, and some extended working hours also. But Rest is good.

Dislikes

Timing should be strict for management as well. Mostly here people were doing work after their shift ended. This is the only dislike I know.

Not about Flipkart, Just about the particular warehouse in which I have worked. In that warehouse seniors are not supportive in terms of execution the plans, they just ordered.
