Hub Incharge (Last Mile) -

Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize Hub Operations in line with logistics and supply chain standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and manage escalations effectively.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive team environment.
• Uphold Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP), SOPs, and SLAs.
• Prepare business dashboards, manage budgeting, and oversee cash handling.
• Coordinate with departments for regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Conduct team meetings, minimize attrition, and develop team leaders.
• Maintain safety standards, facility hygiene, and shipment accuracy.
• Address grievances through open house meetings and follow-up actions.
• Achieve KPIs related to capacity utilization and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with local vendors, manage cash collection, and ensure financial reconciliation.
• Monitor Team Leaders' performance and identify talent for career progression.

Locations: All over Chennai (North Belt - South Belt)
