All the department like admin, tech support and HR team are approachable. They will resolve our issues within few hours. You will get proper respect for your skills. The only concern I heard from other employees was that client will not stay for long term. But they tried to keep the resources until get next Client without firing them immediately. If I get a chance to rejoin, definitely will do.

In the big picture, everything. The company has poor internal communication, zero transparency, and is biased heavily in favor of christians. People belonging to this religion are favored and others are subtly pushed out. Any bad behaviour of team leads of managers belonging to this religious group are TOTALLY ignored.

Few good people are there to support or console you when the management puts unnecessary pressure on you.

They make you do 2 or more people's work: no motivation, no recognition, no support, no acknowledgment. A 15-year-old company still doesn't know how to decide to pay you incentives and we still have to believe the same and work like a donkey. Working in sales you need to attend leads day and night, attend leads from the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, Singapore. Please tell me when to sleep and spend time with our family.
