I like the people I used to work with in this company. Very few are left now with constant layoffs every quarter.

This was my Dream company when I joined. But after the merger it has become FirstData internally only the name of Fiserv has remains. They FD mgmt stratergically removed all the Fiserv mgmt or made them to quit. All the upper mgmt now in the company is just old time colleagues of each other mostly from JPMC. So, there is hell for you if your mngr is bad. Too much micromanagement. Every day Sapience required for 8 hours. you require to be 12 hours ahead of computer to meet the same. 5 days in office, they monitor badge-in and badge-out required to have 9 hours. All the talented people already left or layoff. No help available. If you are not one of the boot-licker forget about promotions. Micro management -(firstIn LastOut) Sapience tool where we need to log 8 hrs but for that we need to move the mouse 11 hrs. 8 hrs in office must , no WFH option sudden layoff even if you gave 100% to work (That's what i did : ) No benefits except health insurance

Fiserv is a place which thinks minimal of its employees. Worst work life balance they have a tool which micromanages you and your task. Job security is really bad they just fire by saying does not have project requiremt and will not try to reallocate you if there product is closing .

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. My ex manager was very good and supportive. He helped me and walk through with tough Challenges. But new project new Manager was unsupportive.

If you rolling around manager or senior manager and going with them with a cup of tea then you will be able to set in fiserv .there is no increment upon your skills development. Just go for a tea or chatto sirf then your job is safe

The only perk is its banking domain and you get a mnc tag in your resume. N u get timely salary that's it

Too much of micromanagement. U have sapience on which u need clock 8 hrs for that u need to work atleast 10-11 hrs. The technology stack is very old. U don't get to learn. The managers here are very inefficient. They expect u to b available 24 hrs. They will evn call u at odd hours almost everytime. The brand has lost its goodness. There are frequent events to meet peers and express our curriculum and Non-curriculum skills and too many forums find like minded people.

Work life balance is not respected. I lost the respect for the work I do, due to repetition and not challenging enough. Managers and directors are powerless to speak and act as company bouncers. There is sapience tool track the actual working hours and management ask for complete 8 hours in sapience. To complete 8 hrs in sapience needs to work at least 11-12 hrs. No technical growth. Most scaring is layoffs. They did 2 time layoff in one year. Don't join this company.
