Fiserv is one of the worst companies one can ever work with. They are dacoits of modern era. They not only devour customers hard earned money but also make employees' life hell with their internal politics. They recruit employees without any strategy later when they are not able to put those employees in use then they will make their life hell, if you resign then they will try to recover all sorts of money from you. No flexibility in working hours and no processes in place. The higher management comes on call and literally blackmails employees that they will get terminated. Hiring and firing is rampant here.
