It's my pleasure to work with such brilliant organisation, in the Pandemic time it stood with it's employee when many other companies stop giving salaries to the employees, by office vise it's a huge organisation very nice cafeteria with delicious food and fantastic atmosphere in the organisation. I am glad that I am with FIS. Thank you FIS for having me in the organisation.

Total compensation includes incentive which means if you lose incentive by missing matrix, you'll receive less sal.. basic pay needs to be increased

I’m giving 1 star rating because, there is not option of 0 star ratings. Corrupted office,team leaders,managers. If you’re better at licking or buttering then you should go for this company. Note:- You’ll not be treated like an employee there.

International process, meal provided by the company, sallery on time 1 side cab and allowance, safety , big space for parking. nice work culture.

i have worked with fis for 7 month process name o2 as a third party payroll of futurz pvt ltd. after the contract end they ask all third party members to leave on the spot and didn't provide any other alternative to continue with fis, what a shame.
