Nothing much, people are chilled and working for last 7-8-10 years. Its like they are the one who owns it.

Worst place to work, no process, no appraisal, no proper place to sit, no work from home, no career grow path. Your junior might become your lead, just because you are not someones relative, but he is. If you are outsider, you will be given worst project, strict timeline, and every process you have to follow, but others are chilled.Politics is on its peak. If they find you knowledgeable and more skilled they wont like you, they might hire new one with less knowledge and less salary expectation. No clients, no costing, no one is answerable, just make seniors happy, rest is good. Company is in lose, 2 billion worth and 1.8 is investors money. I joined as CRO right now assistant manager is very good compair to other brands i love my work always work is first preparation in my life.

Promotion wise ok but salary wise very worst... Im a Assistant manager salary 18000. Im handling Sr.Cro salary 25000 it very terrible. In case I resigned my work only reason the salary..

It is defintely a good company with a lot to learn about products. And the salary package wise is also good.

The work culture is very bad, as the Managers are given unnecessary pressure on sales and other KPIs. People are asked to open the stores late at night if the sale is less. No resolutions are being given for any problems and lastly even with follow ups the managers and staff are responsible

I was invited for F2F interview round at First cry Pune office. the invite was shared for 11 am. I was at the lobby of company at sharp 11 am. the receptionist made us wait for long 3 hrs with no information or any update about the interview process. The HR dint even come and address us. no one was receiving call from there end. thereceptionist was clue less she had no information about what's happening in office. it was just like a scam. people please be aware of this situation incase u get a call from HR of this company be very sure before attending it. i wasted my whole day . with no response from their end. worst work culture n ethics i came across in my 10 yrs experience....Read More

There is no learning activity in FirstCry store. I m working with franchise, they are cheap persons They direct connect with store sale staff, & back betting. They are not good

They are not follow the process, sop, self planing vm against the company sop, store manager is not available in store they invisible from store for 3 3 hours , in bypass store Store manager (ankit) have affairs with his sale staff (Swati ) His 2nd boss kunal have affairs with his rishikesh sale staff sakshi, They are use less & worthless. This is my big mistake when I join with them.
