Currently working as a store manager. Just politics and over pressure. They are trying to make 10 glass lemon juice with 1 lemon, that much pressure will be there from management.

The company culture is excellent. Everyone is friendly and open-minded. The quality of work is also superb .I have been part of many big campaigns and the good things is that I got complete ownership of it.There is never any intervention. Besides, the benefits and perks offered are also up to the mark

Office Ambiance is superb with amazing food varieties in the canteen and a fantastic work environment.Everyone is so friendly and there is great support from the top management. I have literally learned a great deal about business and products and got lots of industry insights which have been very helpful

This is truly the best company I ever worked for. From great training sessions to mentorship, there is a continuous learning environment. Growth here is also very good and you can get a chance to take the lead early on as long as you are willing to work hard.

Love working in such a challenging but exciting environment. There is always something new going on like product launches or marketing campaigns. Enough creative space is also given which is great and every achievement, small or big, is celebrated. Overall policies are also employee-friendly and the pay is excellent.

Nice workplace! I find the atmosphere super positive and chill. Everyone is focused on growth and what I like the most is there is transparency in the work process and fair chances are given to all. There is no strict hierarchy or interference... you get your work ownership and freedom to explore.

Amazing work culture and the exposure given is the best in the market. The best thing is that the top management encourages us to pitch in new strategies and work independently. The marketing budget provided is also fab-can learn, experiment and grow a lot here.
