They don’t give you a lot of reasons to like the place.

The company is run like a home office. Which means your KRAs don’t mean anything because you can end up working on anything at any given point. There is unnecessary importance given to the most irrelevant things which blow up and become an issue. The actual work that you’re hired, you’ll never end up doing. The culture is that of a school, you will be told what to do, where to sit, who to talk to and not to talk to. The ONLY thing that works here is politics.
